Equestrian at Grandmont

Here at Grandmont we have three horses & one donkey. We are not an equestrian centre, but competent riders may be able to use the horses to take advantage of the superb riding in the area.

For the complete novice or younger children, you are more than welcome to come and have a go, it could be a donkey ride around the village or the afternoon brushing the horses, its all here and its all very flexible.

A few steps up the lane is a western riding school. In Ambazac itself, there is a superb large equestrian centre which caters for every equine need. They have their own cross country circuit, indoor arenas, everything you will need. We can arrange bookings for you.

Please bring your own gear if you want to ride, we do have several riding hats and an adult and child back protector you can use.
